  • Based in the UK, we ship to most countries so it's highly unlikely you can't get the kit you need. Whether you want to pay the postage rates is an entirely different matter but international postage is free at £200.

  • Roughly 4 - 5 days. That's a couple of days to print, pick and pack and a couple of days for delivery. And yes one for spare as we're cautious like that.

    Please contact us at mambohelp@greensnow.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order, and if requested, send us an image of the fault. 

    If you're in the UK we'll send you a prepaid label for postage. If you're international it may help us to ask for a shipping quote. 

    Any questions - we're here to help. We hate faulty products as much as you do.

  • Tracking will take 24 hours to appear as the wizards who run it, work overnight.

    After this, if you're still troubled by tracking please get in touch on mambohelp@greensnow.co.uk - we love nothing better than investigating courier logic.

  • No need to tell us why! We understand it was too good a party to leave.

    The answer is maybe. Send us an email as soon as you can at mambohelp@greensnow.co.uk and we can see if it's left the building yet.

    Get your second order placed and if we can ship them together we'll refund you the 2nd postage. Do you best to send clear details like order numbers to mambohelp@greensnow.co.uk

  • Settle down with Gombrich and a glass of supermarket sake. If that doesn't work, I'm not sure we're the people to ask.

    You could try calling the office between the hours of 11.30pm and 6.00am. Obviously if someone answers, please immediately hand up and call the police. The office should be empty at that time of night. Much appreciated.
